Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with any item that you receive, you can return the product within 2 weeks of the purchase date for a full refund, as long as all tags are still attached to the item.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Shipping costs a flat rate of $7.95, regardless of the order size, or shipping destination.
In-store pickup is also available, free of charge. This option allows you to reserve/pay for an item online, and then pickup in store within 7 business days. After 7 business days, you will receive a notice, giving you an additional 5 business days to pick up the item, before the transaction will be voided and refunded, and the item will be put back in stock.
Select items can be preordered online, before they are printed. These items will be available for pickup for 7 business days, starting at the time the item becomes available in store. These items can also be shipped directly to you, if you select that option at checkout.
